Part-Time job now available in Bradenton, FL. We are seeking an experienced real estate Administrative Assistant who wants a part time, Monday-Friday position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial real estate office environment. Duties would include communicating with tenants and sub-contractors, handling tenant repair issues, bookkeeping and rent collection. 

Job Qualifications

• Technologically savvy and able to troubleshoot common issues; proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook

• Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents and bookkeeping ledgers

• Concerned with doing things the right way the first time

• Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize, manage shifting responsibilities, and to follow directions


• Ability to assess, prioritize and act quickly
