Fiscal Operations Manager

Position reports directly to the Finance Director. Responsible for managing the centralized payroll and accounts payable for the City. Additional responsibilities include all monthly and quarterly reporting for Federal and State regulations, including W2s and 1099s. In addition, this position will assist clerical staff in maintaining the time and attendance software. Must be able to supervise support staff and work with all City departments with payroll and accounts payable processing. Assist with bank reconciliations and depository related functions.
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field and at least two years' experience in business, preferably in the areas of systems management and research, financial analysis, preparation, and reporting and computerized database and spread sheets. Any combination of training and experience which demonstrates an ability to perform the duties of the position may be considered.
Annual salary starts at $59,287
