Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
Software company in Jersey City seeks Administrative Assistant to provide support and help to ensure smooth running of the office. It is full time positions (Monday-Friday, 9-5) in the office. The ideal candidate likes working in a fast-paced environment and be someone who enjoys working on a wide variety of tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks to support the project managers and field personnel
Assist office personnel with workload as necessary
Typing bid proposals, downloading drawings
Maintain various estimating and project logs
Communicate with customers via phone, email or mail in a direct and timely fashion
Answers and disseminate calls
Update various spreadsheets and other general administrative duties as needed
Job Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office
Strong typing skills, spelling/grammar
At least One year of previous experience in an office environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Detail-oriented
Excellent follow-up skills
Team player
No attitude
Self-motivated
Excel experience
