Office Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide Management team with accurate financial & sales report
* Perform period-end procedures of manufacturing and payroll systems
* Maintain general ledger
* Create inventory, sales forecast, and budgetary reports
* Assist with invoicing, inventory corrections, prepare journal entries, and account reconciliation
* Oversee daily accounting and purchasing activities and look for irregularities
* Compile and pay payroll and associated taxes per company schedule requirements
* Assist with employee benefits and company insurance management
* Aid outside accountants by gathering necessary account information and documents for review and government filings
* Ensure GAAP compliance and proper record keeping
* Identify opportunities for process improvement, assist with design and implementation
Education and Experience:
* 2+ years’ experience in accounting &/or office management
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting required
* Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with Global Shop Software suite is a plus

* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Workday: 7 am – 4:45 pm (40-45 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $45,000-$70,000 Based on Experience
Testing/Hiring Requirements: Reference Check & Drug Testing
