- Marine Production Coordinator _ Ship Repair
Coordinate with Project Mangers, Superintendents and Estimators. Enter time and data as required. Assist Planner with Workforce requirements. Interface with HR to regulate required skilled tradesman.

- Marine Project Manager _ Ship Repair
The Project Manager oversees the daily progress of ship repair projects and is responsible for meeting our company's quality control measures and customer obligations both fi duciary and contractual. Accountable for meeting/maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
The Ideal Candidate: Must be computer literate Have the ability to communicate well Management and Scheduling skill 5 years of Ship Repair Project Management experience preferred Ability to read, analyze and interpret: blue prints, drawings, financial reports and legal documents Familiar with Gantt Charts

- Marine Planner/Scheduler _ Ship Repair
A Marine Planner/Scheduler is primarily responsible for coordinating with the Estimators and Project Mangers to translate bids into planned projects. They are responsible for creating milestone timelines for the project while ensuring the project stays on schedule and on budget. The Marine Planner/Scheduler will work closely with Executive Management, Estimators, Project Managers and the Human Resources department for labor needs.
The Ideal Candidate: 5 years of Ship Repair Planning/Scheduling experience preferred Collect data to assign work force to each job Coordinate with HR, Project Managers and Department managers to schedule workforce Collects and analyzes information used to plan and schedule Ship Repairs projects. Generates forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects. Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the e_ ciency of planning and scheduling of projects and the reduction of issues due to scheduling errors. Understands and utilizes standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools. Prepares plans and schedules Build and update schedules for projects.

- Shipyard Crane Operator
A Shipyard Crane Operator should have at least 3 years of crane operation experience in a shipyard or ship repair environment. Must be able to individually operate friction and hydraulic cranes.
The Ideal Candidate: Operate all cranes safely as well as rig properly and safely Start all cranes and understand controls Read and understand load charts for cranes and rigging Be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently Knows how and performs lubrication maintenance on equipment
Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night (4pm-12:30am)
Salary Range: $20.75-24.75/hour
- Shipyard Outside Machinist
A shipyard Outside Machinist works to repair parts of the vessel that include but are not limited to: propeller, shafts and rudders.
The Ideal Candidate: Possesses a 10th grade mathematical level or above At least 2 years of experience in a job shop or shipyard machine shop operating all types of manual machines frequently stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in the performance of essential duties and responsibilities of this job climb or balance above a height of 5 feet in the performance of essential duties and responsibilities of this job should test in the acceptable range for vision, hearing, and respiratory functions

- Certified Structural Welder _ Shipyard
A certified structural welder welds steel plates and other materials on and inside the vessel.
The Ideal Candidate: Must pass 3/8' PL 3G and 4G test. FCAW and SMAW Dl.lAWS Standard Able to weld with supervision on structure and non-tight bulkheads (examples: fillet welds. angel butts, swash bulkheads) Can carbon arc or air arc Able to work with filters and assist with sample fitting Ability to production weld with FCAW and SMAW on water tight and shell plate. Able to carbon arc to the satisfaction of the welding supervisor Knowledge of shipyard welding procedures Back gouge and bevel plate acceptable to ISR General Standard Procedure. Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

- Shipfitter _ Shipyard
A shipyard shipfitter fits designs and fits steel plates and other materials on and inside the vessel.
The Ideal Candidate: Ability to layout simple plate dimensions Hand bevel plate Use track torch Fit steel safely and accurately in all positions Lay out, template and form basic shapes Able to direct others in standard shipyard practices Ability to hand burn neatly, Able to read simple blue prints
