Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic customer service and order fulfillment representative.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and will be committed to going above and beyond for our retail customers. This individual is a member of a strong and supportive team responsible for order fulfillment for eCommerce customers in addition to the responsibilities and activities outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or by email
• Respond promptly and enthusiastically to customer inquiries
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Communicate clearly and politely both written and in speech
• Share in-depth knowledge of makeup and skincare with customers
• Contribute to a team environment and workload

Education and Experience:

• College degree preferred
• Computer literacy
• Experience in customer service
• Makeup experience, a plus but not a requirement
