This is a part-time, continuing position working 28 hours per week. Schedule will be determined between successful candidate and the hiring department.

 

Stores Clerk II- Repair of Buildings – 996614 -  $16.48 - $17.23 (6 month rate)

Assist in and perform responsibilities involved in processing orders, receiving, issuing, storing, and maintaining inventory and records on parts; oversees the chemical and gas storage for Campus Environment and Operations. Reports to Storekeeper I, Storekeeper II, or other designated supervisor. Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. A minimum of one year experience working with inventory in a warehouse or stockroom utilizing a computerized inventory control system or maintenance management software program.

 

996749 – Facilities Systems Support Specialist – University Facilities Management – 

Provide technical support for University Facilities Management's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Works closely with department system users and team members to understand business requirements and develop / deliver training programs that support project initiatives and on-going systems development and enhancements. Reports to designated supervisor.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems, or related degree. Or a combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to an Associate degree in IS/CS plus two years of experience including: managing information technology projects with evidence of increasing responsibility and moderately complex projects to include experience with customer service; knowledge of complex enterprise systems, systems development life cycle, and database concepts.



987006 – Groundskeeper – (part-time) – Care of Grounds – $15.30 - $15.99 (6 month rate) Performs grounds maintenance functions. Reports to Groundskeeper Crew Leader, Groundskeeping Supervisor, or other designated supervisor. Minimum qualifications: A minimum of six months experience in groundskeeping. License/Certification: Valid Ohio driver's license with safe driving record, if required by position. May require pesticide applicator's license or be able to successfully complete requirements for license during probationary period.

 

Employee and Labor Relations Coordinator: Employee-Labor Relations: [Job # 000448]:  Opportunity to provide critical guidance and support to campus administrators on employee and labor relations matters for staff to include progressive discipline and corrective action, employee job performance or behavior concerns, employee complaints and grievances, alternate dispute resolution, strategic management of employee or labor issues, transitional work program and the performance management process. Reports to Director of Employee and Labor Relations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, conflict management, business or closely related field of study. A minimum of three years of generalist, labor relations, and employee relations experience. Possesses analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations. Must be able to work nontraditional hours when necessary, including evenings and weekends.
