Longboat Island Chapel is seeking a full-time professional individual to provide administrative support to the Senior Minister, and handle a wide range of administrative duties. Strong communication and computer skills needed. Duties include serving as the Chapel’s ambassador for members and visitors who contact or visit the office, managing the Chapel’s calendar, handling correspondence, maintaining the office filing system, preparing weekly worship bulletins and online news email, scheduling custodial staff duties, updating the Chapel’s website, serving as recording secretary at Board of Trustees meetings, updating Chapel printed materials as necessary, and other duties as requested.
