Director of Sales and Outreach - Sun City, Florida
Magnolia Senior Living, a newly-built 50 bed Assisted Living & Memory Care
community, is opening in March 2019. Located in Sun City, Florida, this beautiful
community is looking for a driven, energetic, and proven Director of Sales and Outreach
team member to begin preleasing units.
The Sales and Outreach Director assists in creating and implementing a marketing plan
aimed at filling and maintaining full occupancy for the Magnolia Senior Living
community. This position is based primarily in the community and significant time is
devoted to working with external referral resources, conducting community outreach,
coordinating special events, tracking/follow-up referrals, building and maintaining a
marketing lead list, conducting tours with prospective residents and family members,
securing a reservation followed by move-in.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Establish, support and implement a sales and marketing plan aimed at full
occupancy.
Responsible for overall marketing and sales of assisted living & memory care to
families, physicians, case managers, hospitals and healthcare community.
Set up appointments, conduct tours and “close” prospective clients.
Complete lease agreements with new residents.
Keep accurate records. Track all referrals, leads and prospects for the
community.
Plan and coordinate direct email and mail campaigns
Facilitate and conduct personal marketing visits for the purpose of networking
with identified key referral sources such as discharge planners, community
leaders, potential resources and case managers.
Responsible for speaking to groups using visual material and other informational
format that will enhance awareness of all campus services available.
Coordinate website updates and local advertising.
Recruit for Volunteers; orientate and train on job responsibilities of a volunteer;
manage schedules of volunteers.
Help coordinate the campus newsletter.
Serve as a resource to residents and families seeking information.
Promote positive customer relations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
required
Three to five years similar experience preferred
