HVAC and Refrigeration Service Technician

SeaPort Manatee is seeking two full-time refrigeration technicians.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Refrigeration/HVAC systems.
Position requires the ability to diagnose, trouble shoot and repair mechanical failures, and
perform immediate on-site equipment repairs. Experience with multiple brands of Air
Conditioning and Refrigeration Cooler Units is a plus. This job position may include
additional facility related maintenance functions for optimum levels of site management.
Technician must have ability to perform the essential operational functions of position
satisfactorily. Customer Service and Supplier coordination for project management is
required, both communication and organization are key. This position requires the ability to
maintain independent and project managed work tasks, based on as needed facility
operational instances. Applicants must be available for emergency after hours call-out
and/or on-call service rotation. Job operations entail various site locations, as well as the
ability to work in various weather conditions.
