Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Ability to handle high volume calls in a professional manner
• Computer proficiency- MS Office (Excel and Word experience a must)
• Typing Skills
• Minimum 40 word per minute.
• Ability to react well under pressure and treat others with respect
Timeliness and attendance is a critical to success in this position. You also need to be comfortable and able to work in an office that has some dogs wandering around!
