Full Time Account Coordinators
National Field Representatives (NFR) is expanding its operations and as a result, is searching for several new employees to fill positions. The responsibilities include extensive telephone contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, working with cities and towns, data entry, verbal and written communications, and customer service. Must be able to multi-task, set own priorities, ability to problem-solve, find resolutions, make decisions and escalate problems, and be self-motivated in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and time sensitive environment, and work within set productivity requirements. - High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of relevant clerical and/or customer service experience; working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial but not required.
- Must have experience using a computer, including a working ability in Windows and e-mail.
- Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes; testing will be given at interview.
- Starting compensation is commensurate with experience.
