OFFICE STAFF MEMBER NEEDED
CHIROPRACTIC CLINIC SEEKS
OFFICE STAFF MEMBER. THE HOURS ARE APPROX 30-31 PER WEEK
NO WEEKENDS. THE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
ANSWERING THE PHONES, CHECKING PATIENTS IN, CHECKING PATIENTS OUT, VERIFYING INSURANCE,
COLLECTING DEDUCTIBLES/ COINSURANCE/ CO-PAYMENTS, FILING, ENTERING DAILY
CHARGES, ENTERING PATIENT PAYMENTS, BILLING INSURANCE, PROCESSING INSURANCE PAYMENTS, WORKING INSURANCE DENIALS. MUST HAVE HSD, FRIENDLY OUTGOING DISPOSITION, MUST BE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE, ATTENTION TO DETAIL, PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN A CHIROPRACTIC/MEDICAL OFFICE SETTING IS REQUIRED. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ICD-10 AND CP10 CODING
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE OF
INSURANCE
SALARY IS $13 TO $13.50 PER HOUR
EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL OFFICE
SETTING FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR IS REQUIRED
