MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

St. Paul Area. $17.00-$20.00 per hour plus benefits

Full-time maintenance/caretaker position for two properties in northern suburbs. Hours are 8:30am 5:30pm and on-call for emergencies.

General duties may include, but are not limited to: General maintenance and upkeep of appliances, buildings and equipment; prepare all vacant units to market-ready condition, preventative maintenance, complete resident work orders timely, perform on-call emergency service as required, deliver notices, salt/sand walks, maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free of trash and debris.

Requirements and/or experience: Previous experience in building maintenance, knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, supply own tools, valid driver's license. Boiler license a plus.
