Medical Office Intake Coordinator – ProgressiveHealth Aviation Services, LLC – Atlanta, GA
We are looking for an energetic and results driven Intake Coordinator to provide support onsite to our team of medical professionals working in a contemporary and dynamic environment for a major airline carrier at the Atlanta Hartsfield – Jackson International Airport. Assist the team by scheduling and organizing “pre-medical” activities including administering the intake of agent appointments, scheduling new and follow up visits, following up with no-shows, and general monitoring of health central facility. What will you be doing in this role?
- Greeting clinic visitors
- Front desk intake and general oversight of the medical front office
- Organization of medical activities including appointment scheduling for new and follow up visits
- Following up with cancellations/no shows
- Conducting hearing screens
- Data entry, record upkeep, and daily reporting activities

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least a year of related experience and/or training with medical office experience preferred
- Some previous experience with workers compensation and insurance is preferred
- The ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout entire assigned shift
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
