About Us: Roser Church Roser Church is a lay-led congregation on the north end of Anna Maria Island, Florida. We are in the process of adding an evening service to our two traditional Sunday morning worship services. The new worship service will exist on the continuum of contemporary worship, skewing towards traditional. We do not envision a rock show with earsplitting music, laser light shows, and fog machines. We envision a service suffused with modern music, visual, dramatic, and other elements of artistic expression which speak the message in ways that don’t fit into traditional services but are no less meaningful. The Worship Leader will play a key role in deciding the look, sound, and feel of the alternative worship service and will work closely with the pastors and church staff to create something unique and powerful in the Anna Maria Island worship space.
