Assistant Facilities Program Coordinator
SUNY Upstate Medical University is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Program Coordinator to join the Physical Plant-Hosp Const Crew department. The Assistant Facilities Program Coordinator is responsible for the Physical Plant in-house Construction Crew. Provides internal project management, including coordinating/ scheduling multiple trades, material and labor acquisition, coordination between outside forces and internal resources, maintaining projects within budget, project estimating and coordination with end users.
Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Construction/Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in operations, maintenance, construction or related OR Associates Degree with a minimum of four (4) years experience required. Must possess a valid New York State Drivers License. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
