Receptionist
Front Office
Full Time Receptionist position available, prior medical or ophthalmic experience preferred. Check in, telephone and checkout reception coverage - Checks patients in, printing encounter forms, checking for information updates, enter insurance and demographic changes, update patient file, assist with history forms and new patient paperwork and data entry. Answer and triage calls, schedule patient appointments, and assist patients with any needs or questions. Check out - enters charges, collects patient due balance, and makes next appointment or recall, performs daily balancing and close, assists patients with questions concerning charges, billing, medications, procedures and appointments. Covers for other administrative employees as required on days off and vacations. Must be able to work Saturday rotation, schedule can vary between 8 - 10 hours days and day off may vary. Must be a team player, work well on your own and have excellent customer service skills.
